Patient information is sensitive. These are the safeguards nurovaxis.app implements today.
Every user signs in with an individual account. The API is secured with short-lived JWT access tokens and refresh tokens.
Accounts can be protected with a verification code step at sign-in.
Users are routed to a workspace for their role, and permissions limit what each role can view and change.
Each organisation’s data is kept in its own workspace, separate from other facilities on the platform.
User activity is recorded against the account that performed it, supporting internal review.
Server-side permission checks apply to API requests, not only to what the interface displays.
